      Good Comp & Ben compared to other companies with relatively same size.

      Toxic R&D environment, less than coordinated re-org/restructuring, reasoning does not resonate or make any sense. Medical Affairs and Clinical Development employees are second class citizens compared to commercial organization. The big R&D head is only concerned about his own self and his LT are worried about nothing but to maintain their SVPs entitlement
