Cons
Merck is a large organisation, if you think you can make a positive contribution to change, think again. Otherwise it will crush your soul! ERP infrastructure is in shambles. Auditing outcomes detrimentally take priority over the delivering of goods and services. Decisions from top management are made without consultation or thinking about logical consequence. Doing the bare minimum is sadly the way to survive.
