      Great for people with a retirement mindset.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits for people who enter the company at a later stage of their career. They enjoy the culture too because they are there to retire.

      Cons

      People who join at the beginner or mid-level stages are frustrated. The company has reduced to half its size after the P&G takeover. The product portfolio has proportionately halved. The businesses are struggling. The seniors are still getting fat packages to warm their chairs while the juniors are trying to keep the businesses alive and being underpaid. It used to be a good company but not anymore. There is minimal learning and a lot of dissatisfaction, with no clear vision and direction from the upper management.

      Good package and transport Subsidised food.

      Cons

      There is no proper rules and they says transition is going on from sigma to merck and it will take time may b an year. No proper leavers( 4 sick leaves and 22 annual). How come four leaves in an it? Strick dress code like school, even for in short HR will question u. And Need to maintain 9 hours like a service based company. While offering they will say so many and nothing is proper inside. No leaves, strict timings, strict dress code.. More over there no portal where u can see policylies.

      Pros

      Pay is reasonable. Has flexible work arrangements. Colleagues are generally nice.

      Cons

      -Over complicate things. -No direction. -Lots of silos. -Very inwardly focused, no customer focus even though they talk a lot about it. -Management talks a big game but fails to execute. -Management likes to change things frequently for the sake of it, even if the changes have no value. They also do not properly consider the impact of their decisions. -Systems and processes seem to be under a constant state of change which constantly makes things worse.
