      Excellent collaboration. Very mature company in its processes. Good compensation. Opportunities to have horizontal or vertical moves. Strong expertise from the staff.

      Cons

      Can be at time too bureaucratic. Lack of speed in the decision making process. Very centralized top management and also for some operational activities, including HR processes which makes interactions a little bit cold.
