      World class Brand Name Advantage Merck KGaa expertise and guidelines Renovated facility Big chemical sector buiseness new devision of Merck Millipore.

      Cons

      Poor Human resource department Unorganised way of working Less compensation Less respect to the employees No transperency within organisation Lot of facts hiding buiseness Not ready to accept changes easilily even if they are shown to be required. No proper systems in place. No enough manpower to balance the work load.
