Terrible benefits, terrible management, so siloed that nothing ever gets done. They refuse to make anything better and everything they do is done poorly. If it weren't for being serial acquirers, they wouldn't even make it as a company. They can't get payroll right, benefits right, every last thing that his company does is done terribly as if it were their first day as a business.
