Good pay, great benefits that include: 25 days vacation, 18 holidays, pension, 401k match and more

Cons

Really difficult to move up or around. Promotions are almost non-existent and with current layoffs it’s just as difficult to move laterally

The site has a lot of collaboration among employees, and there are opportunities to learn new programs or skills that you want to learn. People are generally friendly and helpful to work together as a team knowing important products that we make.

Currently there is a lot of shifting and reorganization to prepare for the future pipeline.

One of the most toxic companies to work for. Their review team acts like they created the product. Inefficient use of resources. People can’t use basic technologies like Veeva and get paid 6 figures. Would rather work at the McDonald’s around the corner than here.
