      Great products, great HO and marketing support, excellent science and research behind products. Very ethical company, excellent compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Large territories in rural areas, not a lot of flexibility in the company, not always quickly adaptable to market conditions due to compliance and legal oversight

      Pros

      Great benefits and salary, decent raises and bonuses every year. 100% matching for first 5% of 401K. Most people who work there have been with the company for decades and know what they are doing. They are great at trainining and developing newer/less experienced employees. The company rewards employees based on performance. People in my dept were nice and easy to get along with. Great work/life balance. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

      The Memphis site has limited growth potential.
