Business Outlook
Pros
Schering provided a very positive environment to work in.The company had fallen on hard times and we were asked to help with the turn around that management made very challenging and rewarding as well.We accomplished our goal too well as we became a target for take over that lead to a merger with Merck and the layoff of several thousand reps,myself being one.
Cons
Very little.We came to Schering from Bayer Pharma and the melding of the two sales forces had its difficulties but only initially.
