The trust that managers show to the new starters, willing to help colleagues, real learning experiences that one can adjust to many potential positions, managers advising frequently on your performance, above par compensations

Cons

Human resources department is not very helpful since they are very apart and on their own. Some procedural stuff were not smooth, for example I did not had a table to sit for the first day since no one has arranged such thing
