Pros

Management is constantly trying to correct itself so that employees feel empowered and heard. Management also is as transparent as possible when it comes to moving up the ladder and what is needed.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a while to get promoted since they only recently increased the amount of people who can be promoted during that promotional period so temporarily there is sort of a backlog.
