Pros

Excellent colleagues, very good benefits, flexible work arrangements

Cons

The number 1 reason peoyleave is because they are offered more money at other pharma/biotech companies. The inner 2 reason people leave is burnout, many times because tooany people leave because of salary.

Pros

People in Merck really want to transform the company. Company culture is overall positive. Most managers are very supportive of scientific and career growth.

Cons

There are some senior people who still resist for change. Most of these people have difficult time to read the new scientific and business landscape.
