Pros

The people are really intelligent, collaborative and a pleasure to work with. Company does a good job of keeping us informed of the pandemic and there is flexibility with work during the pandemic (hybrid model).

Cons

It is hard to find a con to working here. I suppose it can be challenging to transfer to new positions internally.
