Talented, intelligent workforce. Great work environment. A noble mission undertaken in a way that values ethics. Excellent compensation and benefits.

Cons

Job security (reorganizatoins every few years), Too much outsourcing leads to a "brain drain" replaced by contractors. Too few women in executive leadership.

Admire the CEO and business mission. New CIO.

Cons

IT is way too top-heavy. Support process VPs and EDs are making decisions without understanding downstream impacts of how much work is needed to complete a request...over the years i have seen decisions reversed and even more money spent to change things back.
