Pros

My boss is incredible, patient, and kind yet still makes me feel challenged in my role. My team has also been incredibly supportive since I started a few months ago. Pay is pretty decent too. I didn’t realize it was possible to be this happy in a job. So glad I left my last company (Ferring)

Cons

The training period was slightly disappointing. Everything was perfect up until we visited home office and one of the gig trainers treated us like we were first-time sales reps. It was extremely belittling and patronizing. As a tenured sales rep I couldn’t believe I flew across the country to be “taught” remedial skills like how to make a phone call, lol. He talked to us like we were babies but I won’t be seeing him again so it’s fine.
