Benefits are good. Work-life balance is decent.

Cons

Whether you move up depends on your manager. Mine have done nothing to further my career in almost a decade. Lots of talk about developing careers but little done in reality. If you interview research your manager. I was assigned one after the interview and I asked few questions about the style of management. Don't make that mistake.
