      Good if you need a stepping stone, and even better if you are entry level looking to gain experience your resume.

      Pros

      Free lunches are offered 4 days a week. Paid Holidays/Benefits - Pretty standard Some of people are very nice -Nothing else-

      Cons

      Poor communication/Lack of communication. Management is reactive instead of proactive, and there is no clear direction for what the company as a whole is doing. Plans are constantly changing, which causes even more confusion and staff to be on edge. - "Figure it out as you go" is only a recipe for disaster. Promotions are not based on performance or expertise. If you are NOT a favorite or a yes person you will most likely not be promoted.

      Good benefits, free lunch. Pay is ok.

      Cons

      Like previous posts going back to IL, management plays favorites and is immature. There are few you can rely on and they get rid of the good ones for no good reason. There is no point going to HR for anything as they will not investigate or even bother getting the other side of a story. They believe whatever lies they are told and blindly do what management tells them to do. Save yourself the headache and seek employment at a larger company that will treat you with respect and transparency and provides the option for a long career. Mercola is not it!

      Great, positive people and atmosphere. Real good support system and management. Free lunch and awesome benefits. Best company I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      Short staffed sometimes. Overall its rarely too busy but it can feel like it if short staffed.
