Pros

- Free lunch every Friday - Above average pay - Annual 3-day team building - Mid year bonus

Cons

- No career growth at all, especially on my department where there is barely training provided. - Recommended for EXPERIENCED career professionals who wants to settle down and get a stable job. - Not recommended for new employees as you may get stuck with the company without learning anything at all for your career
