Pros

Benefits They hire full time discounts on supplements

Cons

The quality of the work environment has deteriorated over the last few years. We were in the office every day during covid because the owner believes it's a hoax. The business was enjoying amazing sale numbers during the pandemic, however it was not immune to the current economic climate. The result is the current trend of "coaching'. Employees out the door or putting them into uncomfortable, and impossible to deal with situations. The current situation is of that of a high school. If you are friends with the right people you will succeed. The company is sexiest towards men as the office is dominated by females ego. Managers date employees and those employees are untouchable. This is a good place to work if you are looking into bridging into another career, but don't expect much beyond entry level and a 5% raise every year unless you are there to play their games.
