Casual dress environment, department manager was easy to speak to and very understanding. Management as a whole seemed to be accommodating.

Cons

Supervisors not on the same page. Get different directions from each person on how to get something done. Too many tedious tasks to accomplish one thing i.e, create document in one system, save to your documents, then upload it to another system, to attach it to a file. The programs used don’t work cohesively with each other.

Good place to get into the insurance industry with no prior experience. Great training program, trainers are always available and helpful. Managers are knowledgeable about the job, they actively help on work. Room for advancement.

Cons

Too high of workload for a 8 hr day. Management expects you to have near perfect accuracy while also working as fast as possible. Not enough time to read all procedures thoroughly and be perfect at your job when you're always in a rush to get through your policies.
