Pros
I personally enjoy this opportunity with the Mercury. My time here has exceeded my expectations. The training that I received in this position has made sure that I was engaged as well as informed of my expectations. Many of the supervisors and managers that I have met in my sort time here have all great at me with respect. The customers and policy holders of Mercury for the most part really enjoy their feedback and interactions with employees as well as respect and appreciate the product here. Happy customers equals happy employees happy employees equals happy work environment
Cons
The only issue with Mercury is the pay. I believe we said be paid slightly more then what were being offered just on the industry standard.
