      Pros

      Benefits, management, training, work/life balance. This is by far the best company I've ever worked for. The people are amazing. Claims is stressful, but you should know that getting into it, and I enjoy the fast pace.

      Cons

      Nothing. Management has been nothing but helpful and kind. They are supportive and completely understand you have a life outside of work.

      They offer great benefits and treat their employees well. They try to do fun stuff and encourage you to learn. They are working on creating a better work-life balance and that is awesome.

      Cons

      it seems cyclical so we have crazy busy times then times where it is slow - allowing a more flexible schedule when it is slow would be great.
