Casual dress environment. Friendly co-workers.

Cons

Minimal opportunity for advancement. Poor communication between upper management and employees. Promises not kept. Company has high expectations but does not provide the proper systems to allow employees to succeed. Massive company wide layoffs.

Employee discounts on Enterprise Car Rental, La Quinta Hotel, Dell Computer Products. Pay day is every friday. Pot Lucks, Holiday festivities, Casual days are every work day.

Cons

Lunch is only 45 minutes long. One hour lunch is only the Fridays of the first and third week of every month. Company interviews too many applicants for each job opening.
