      Great place if work in CA for Corporate Office.

      Left alone to get job done, with minimal management intervention.

      Cons

      Corporate office continued to take responsibilites from the remote offices, and not listening to the technical staff at remote offices which resulting in a lot of quality employees leaving Mercury.

      Pros

      They were a good company to work for as a stepping stone. They paid a decent salary and gave decent benefits. There were some opportunities for advancement if you had higher education.

      Cons

      Management can be very unprofessional and incompetent depending on the department and location. Advancement opportunities were limited, especially if you were valuable to the department you were in. I was denied and/or delayed promotions due to stellar performance in my position.
