      Pros

      Great benefits - paid sick time and vacation time. Bonuses 2X's a year are wonderful. Co-workers are generally nice and fun to work with.

      Cons

      If you are a motivated worker and produce great numbers, you are rewarded with more work! High volume of workload and every department is understaffed. As stated in other reviews, management is disconnected from the actual work process. Everything is based on numerical and production reports.

      Holiday Bonus, Company Picnics are a major plus.

      Cons

      Don't fall behind, don't take your brakes, don't take a day off. 2 hour call back times are ridiculous. Don't miss a letter, an email or phone call or you get talked to or written up. This job is not worth the stress or your health for that matter. You're family will appreciate it if you pass on accepting employment here.
