      Working from home and depending on who it is, supervisors/managers are usually pretty cool

      Cons

      The claim volume is ridiculous. You are expected to handle things in a timely matter but get handed an unhealthy amount of work. The pay is less than what it should be compared to what you would make with other insurance carriers with half of the work load
