never approved pto. Punished for taking sick time. All work no breaks. Burn out is a must and then some. Senior management is terrible

Hard to get fired. Can speak your mind. High level work. challenging if you're up for it. great place to learn if you work on multiple programs.

Cons

Always being pushed for more. management doesn't support production if it cost money. getting improvements implemented is extremely difficult. if you're good you're stuck on that program

They won’t give you work, they will transfer you to 9 bosses in years and then tell you to “apply at your coworkers past job” as they hire that coworker back. Then let you go two weeks later cause they “had no work”
