      Pros

      The flexibility given to employees to maintain a work/life balance is the best I have ever experienced. The managements response to Covid-19 has clearly made this the best place to work.

      Cons

      Cannot hire enough good people fast enough.

      Pros

      The culture at Mercury is wonderful and it comes from the top down. Pre-COVID there were always small on-site perks that made you feel appreciated as an employee. During COVID those gestures are no longer possible but it is even more clear how much they care about their employees.

      Cons

      Vacation accrual and health care are both worse than with my previous employer. They are not completely out of line with the market but could be better.

      Pros

      Mercury Systems provides a very dynamic and challenging work environment which keeps the team very engaged. The company lives by the cultures and values which promote and foster a strong team environment but the most important thing for me is that I truly feel that the work we do is making a difference to protect our warfighters.

      Cons

      Just as it is a pro, the work we do is very challenging and can be stressful at times but it is very rewarding when you are able to carry a project/product to the finish.
