-Free coffee and Air conditioning.

Cons

Underpay ($27/hr), Undervalued, No Training, No Mentorship, Pay does not reflect responsibilities, No Structure, Fragmented Technology Stack, Ridiculous scope of issues, 200 users vs 1 Tech, Zero Work From Home opportunity. I highly recommend not working as IT here, unless they offer you more than $34/hr, MINIMUM.

The pay is good, flexible schedule.

Cons

Management doesn't have a clue. HR is a joke. They lost 5 testers in less then 2 months due to mngt and they still haven't figured it out.
