      Pros

      CEO and executive leadership that listen to what employees need and deliver on those needs, they care about the employees! Great salary and bonus with employee perks!

      Cons

      Due to acquisitions some employees hold on to old ways of doing things, haven't transitioned to thinking bigger and more competitively

      Pros

      Everyone genuinely wants us to be successful down to the individual level. I feel supported by my peers, management, and anyone else I come into contact with. It's not an organization where you feel like a number; you feel like family. With the recent changes that came with COVID-19, the authenticity of that family treatment really came to light. I can't recommend this place enough.

      Cons

      None directly from me at this time, but I've heard the insurance plan isn't the best.
