      Pros

      There are quite a few intelligent people at Mercury that are experts at their jobs and the company's mindset is continuous growth. It is an exciting environment, the leadership is quality and the colleagues are very easy to work with everyday. The amenities at the Andover office are amazing too, from the onsite cafe to the gym. Covid guidelines are flexible and in office procedures are up to date. They are not an outdated company - they use a lot of great new technology. Nothing in particular to complain about

      Cons

      Room for growth/career steps seems a bit limited. Good mix of both internal promotions and external hires. I would say leans a little more towards external hires but I am not in HR.
