Company seems to be growing at a fast-pace. Many opportunities to be involved with important, impactful, and highly visible projects from the start

Payroll seems to constantly be disorganized and confused (has a tendency to not pay people on time). There is a lack of communication between payroll, HR, and other employees

We are currently hiring new personnel at a record pace and generally integrate new acquisitions within six months of closing. While we do our best to partner cross-functionally and adapt to changes quickly, there may be rare instances where delays or human error occur. When this happens we work hard to rectify the matter swiftly and always strive for employee satisfaction. Pros

Mercury takes good care of its employees. In particular, their management of the COVID crisis was extremely proactive and protective and helped the company maintain its operations and the health of its personal during the pandemic. Also, learning courses, trainings, well-being are permanently proposed to employees.

Mercury Systems has been AWESOME during this pandemic we are facing! Anybody should be happy and appreciative to be employed by such a great company instead of complaining having to work a little overtime now and then! I have never worked for a company that takes care of their employees like Mercury Systems! While other companies are cutting hours and laying off Mercury has kept people working and gone the extra mile to assure all employees are tested each week for COVID 19 to keep everyone safe! Thank You Mercury Systems! Great company to work for!
