      Pros

      Interaction between all employees is among the best I have encountered in my 30 years of Quality Assurance. Excutive managment has a great interest in employees well being. Prior to Covid-19, it was common for the company to provide lunch for employees the end of each month. Recognition for a job well done.

      Cons

      System wise, Oracle provided un realiable and incomplete data making it diffcult to be successful at continuous improvements.

      Jennifer is AWESOME!!! She gave me realistic expectations for the position I applied to and gave me an overview of the Mercury work environment. She ensured I had all of the resources I needed to ensure a successful move from Ga to Ca.
