Pros

Mercury Systems takes great care of their employees, we are working from home during the pandemic, they have offered us everything we need to be able to work from home efficiently, laptops, monitors, chairs etc. They take your opinions into consideration before making decisions and always keep you in the loop on what the company is doing. I couldn't be happier here. This is one company that takes their culture seriously and delivers everyday in every aspect!

Cons

I would have said working from home in the past, but that is not the case now. In fact when we do return to going back to the office, working from home will be an option.

I like Mercury values and culture, the desire for improvement in order to find the good solution, the best products for our customers and most of all, the US and UK mentalities even if I work at Geneva!

Cons

It is not really a downside but it is important to know that at Mercury having a strong commitment and be flexible (open space, hot desk, urgent queries (especially now with the COVID period) is essential.
