Pros

This company truly cares about its employees. I started a week before they shut down business travel, but the CEO provides regular updates, added 120 hours to everyone's sick leave, and started a fund for people impacted. It's amazing to see the support that the company is providing. Additionally, the management seems to recognize good work and acknowledge it quickly.

Cons

The only con is that with everyone being WFH now, there seems to be a difficulty in boundary setting: meetings regularly set over lunch hour, late in the afternoon,etc. I'm assuming this is due to most people not being used to WFH and this will settle down.

The leadership team at Mercury lives and breathes the company culture and values. It shines brightly in all of the resources and communications they are providing to associates, families, and the community during the COVID outbreak. COVID aside, we are encouraged to grow and learn new skills, bring innovative ideas to products and processes across the company, and have fun while doing it. Truly an amazing place to work!

Mercury is a fast-growing company and a great place to work. I've met some of the most talented people at Mercury and it is really inspiring to see the creativity, commitment and resiliency of the employees. In addition to the company being rooted in teamwork, communication and execution, its unique to see how everyone helps and cares for one another . This starts with the senior leaders that engages individuals and deliver on the promise that the company has everyone's back. During times of uncertainty like these, the company has been leading from the front and has found a way to figure it out, in real time, and under stress. When you see how the company responds day in and day out, it truly reveals its values as a company. The cultures and values at Mercury are more than wall decor.

The pros significantly minimize any cons as you quickly come to understand the company's purpose and the OneMercury culture.
