      Pros

      Respect for people and ideas, with the CEO setting the example. Upper management leads by example, and are all absolutely brilliant. Proving you can have a positive work environment and still be very successful in tech world.

      Cons

      Not for the faint of heart. This is a high energy, career environment with successful employees needing to have a passion for the technology, industry, applications, etc.

      Fast-paced environment with a "start-up" feel that requires you to step up every day. With our growth I get challenged to learn, adapt and figure things out on a regular basis. I connect with the mission to bring cutting-edge technology to the defense of our country.

      The pace can be intense and not for everyone. Mercury pushes and prepares you for what's next. It's a strong results culture that gets balanced with a caring, family feel.

      Several things to point out: - Communication from the Executive Leadership Team has been superb during COVID-19. They have invested in temperature check kiosks and COVID testing at each facility to ensure employees and visitors are safe. - With how quickly the company is growing, working cross-functionally is key to our success. On several occasions, I've seen how important collaboration is for us to earn a big team win. - There are so many ways for you to bring your creativity to Mercury. As we continue to grow, we need outside of the box thinkers to help get us to the next level.

      It truly is hard to write any cons because I genuinely enjoy what I am doing daily.
