We had a wonderful work environment people had been there from 5 years to 17 years,we had a great working team.

Cons

The company was sometime so specialized that we were always being bought I went through 3 acquisitions and it finally ended up leaving the area.

Pros

I joined the company two years ago and it has been a fantastic adventure so far. Human is in the center of Mercury's culture which creates a great place to work.

Cons

This is a very fast paced environment in a growing mode so some processes are still unclear and have to be defined but this is a great challenge to implement them.

lots of clutter, negative lead, very redundant work, not a place to work if you like to talk.
