      Pros

      A lot of benefits including health/dental/life/401k/stock options. Everyone in the office is nice and approachable and still professional. The way the company has dealt with COVID so far has been great and makes me feel confident with management.

      Cons

      None that I can think of, just you have to put in some long hours occasionally which can cut in to your work/life balance, but it isn't frequent.

      Mercury keeps his employees always uptodate with what is happening in the company. Benefits are very good. I appreciate the work-life balance. Upper management and HR are accessible.
