      Flexibility is amazing especially during the pandemic and great culture. Fast paced although the flexibility and pay compensates for that. Overall PERFECT company.

      Starting from the leadership all the way down the line, Mercury has proven to be a company that cares about people. I am so happy to be a part of the Mercury family. Everyone has been approachable and willing to help me and others achieve goals and deadlines. It is true, we are one Mercury.

      Cons

      Even though communication is a key to success, there is sometimes too much communication from different departments in the company. It can be a distraction at times. I'll never complain that I do not know what's going on.
