      Dedicated workforce. Rewards for diligent work is readily available to be awarded. Ideal upper management. Excellent mix of longer tenured employees with middle & Early career employees. New ideas & creative thoughts are sought after & encouraged .

      Cons

      Management can be reluctant to reinforce hard work with available reward structure. Work/life balance is a year round struggle. Internal Communication repeatedly lacks consistency such a reputable organization. Workloads occasionally are overwhelming

      Pros

      Work on cutting edge technology. Management understands the importance of their employees, and treats us well. Excellent Covid response. All employees who can work from home do, and employees who must come into the office or manufacturing facility are well protected. Essential job - we are growing during a difficult time

      Cons

      When we purchase new companies, it is sometimes difficult to coordinate them with the Mercury way. The people are eager, but it takes patience when working with them.

      Mercury cares about there employees greatly and has shown this year over year. I have been an employee for 7 years now and am looking forward to many more years!
