      A growing and vibrant company that’s not afraid to try something new or take a risk. A specific emphasis is placed on cultures and values, transparency of communications, and all things that matter...to not only the shareholders, but also the employees. A great place to work!!

      My commute is a bit longer now, but that was a personal choice

We also understand that long hours can be tough, and you should feel empowered to determine your "work/life integration" balance and ensure that you stick to it. Regarding your advice to pay attention: we're all eyes and ears - looking at and listening through many different means!       Pros

      Some intelligent and pleasant coworkers; small company "family" feel; good company outlook; nice facilities; solid resume builder; good benefits

      Cons

      Unprofessional "leaders" yelling at other employees during meetings causing an aggressive, hostile work environment when management's goals aren't met; micromanagement and lack of trust; lack of proper training with new software tools; unrealistic expectations from middle and upper management; salary is not competitive in A&D industry; extreme favoritism and unfair treatment is common; most employees are overworked and exhausted; and, worst of all, no one will speak up about any of these issues in fear of being fired. Good luck working here!
