      Pros

      Mercury is executing against a unique Next Generation Business Model. No one else in Defense or Aerospace is doing this. Combining driving innovation while investing our own R&D money on behalf of our customers, driving open systems architectures, and leveraging our industry leading security solutions.

      Cons

      All of this requires top talent. The company continues to drive to bring in the best and brightest engineering and other talent in all areas needed to support the business.

Employees understand the mission, vision, and values of the organization and want to be sure they use the right behaviors to achieve results. Corporate leadership invests the time, energy and funding necessary to develop the employees and the business.
