      Pros

      Mercury is full of talented and dedicated people who are willing to go the extra mile to make the company successful and ultimately support the mission of our end customers - the men an women of our Armed Forces. The work is interesting and rewarding knowing our efforts support the defense of our nation.

      Cons

      The balance between product work and (semi-)custom work can make things seem crazy and disorganized. This confusion sometimes makes it difficult to understand the "grand vision" which tends to unfold in fits and spurts.

      Cutting edge technologies, lots of interesting and rewarding work, strong engineering team, and a strong executive management team. Collaborative environment internally and externally with our customers. Be part of a team that makes a difference in the protection of our country.

      Cons

      There is plenty of work to do which makes the days go quickly. Must enjoy working hard. There is lots of learning with a growing company, so you need to enjoy meeting new people and understanding new technologies.

      Pros

      Incredibly talented engineering team that is passionate about their work. Programs provide opportunity for technical growth by presenting real-world challenges that need Mercury solutions. Capabilities and strengths of different sites provide good collaboration opportunities. Mercury is a growing company with the right focus!

      Integration of multiple sites is highly beneficial, but also takes significant time.
