      it's very user-friendly, uncomplicated very easy to post recent openings , and it's a great way to see future serious employees

      Sometimes the information is out of date and too many recruiters are on the web sight

      Pros

      I have had exposure to many aspects of financial planning and analysis during my tenure at Mercury. Also, the people from fellow employees to managers have been a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      Review process is very confusing. Although the outcomes have been fair, it has been hard to get my inputs and feedback from the current tool.

      Pros

      Mercury has a strong community feel. You are not a number like you can get a large companies. Mercury is open to new ideas/suggestions on how to make work life better. They have both a social committee and engagement team to ensure this is a great place to work.

      Cons

      Due to the size you can always leverage the benefits you might get at a larger company. That said for the size it is very competitive and I feel the Pros out weigh the cons.
