Pros
Friendly talented people (Those that haven't left yet), Room to grow if you have the right manager, 3 weeks vacation to start, Variety of healthcare choices, On site fitness room
Cons
Mercury likes to operate very lean to keep the profit margin up. Expect to work 10-12 hour days and weekends and still fall behind. As the workload grows, they don't hire more people to support it. If you see job openings posted ,it's because people are dropping like flies. Expect a 3% raise once every 3-5 years and health insurance to increase 6% annually. If you go above and beyond the long days, nights, and weekends, Mercury may give you a "Can do" award which comes with a $100 bonus. You can use that to buy something for your kids that you don't see anymore.
