      Pros

      Mercury is a place where engineers can work on "Bleeding Edge" technologies. We get access to the next generation of processors before they are ever released. Our hardware, and software engineers have the most challenging work to produce systems with the ultimate performance to allow mind blowing applications supporting our countries war fighters. Our Mechanical engineers are challenged with fitting our systems in ever decreasing spaces, with higher heat generated, and make it all work. Company recognizes hard work and commitment.

      Could use more engineers to reduce workload.

      Pros

      Great place to work. Lots to do, interesting work. Matching 401k, profit sharing, good benefits. Sr. Management gets it, and is willing to share the wealth.

      Cons

      None, that I can think of at this time. Really enjoy working for Mercury and the opportunity for growth is always there.
