      No real future for the company

      Interesting products within an exciting environment.

      Cons

      -There are no new customers - Company struggles to perform the current contracts/projects - Management is bloated. Too many managers hardly any workforc - Management know each other from previous workplace. Difficult to be part of and never fully accepted as part of it.
