      Great co-workers, good location, happiness after leaving

      Cons

      Dishonest, micro-managing, engineering executives. They have no problem laying off people with experience while at the same time hiring less experienced engineers to save money, calculating that the loss in quality is worth it.

      3 weeks vacation and a pay check

      Cons

      No structure at all. No formal way of training. Throw you into a project without any knowledge of how to carry out the task being requested and expect the world. Management is clueless and forever changing. In my short time there I have seen 5 ppl either fired or laid off and two different CFO and well as executives left. Company is constantly being bought out by others. This is definitely not a company to start a career with you wont last. Honestly I don't think the company will be around to much longer at the rate they are going. Good luck to those still there.
