      - The communication from the recruiter, Rizzo, was consistent throughout the entire process constantly keeping me updated and engaged - The recruiter was an exceptional representative of the company and one of the reasons I accepted the offer - One week into starting the position and it has been a very positive experience

      Outstanding new management team that is focused on results. Company appears to be turning the cover and growing quickly. Now might be the best time to join a company.

      Cons

      Location is not ideal. Hybrid or remote work can reduce the impact of needing to drive to a facility that is not in the best location.
