      Pros

      Everything was handled in a highly professional and courteous manner. The recruiter / talent attraction partner, Katelyn Rizzo, who I worked with, was always available, in spite of a 3 hour time difference, to answer any question I had for her. This process could not have gone any smoother. Bravo Zulu Katelyn!

      Good work-life balance and coffee machine in break room

      Cons

      Managers don't know what engineers do and Engineers don't know what managers want to achieve. Too many senior managers and too few engineers (3:1 ratio)
